Privacy Protocol

Privacy-by-Design
Unlike agencies that retrofit privacy compliance as an afterthought, we engineer it into the foundation. Our Next.js architecture doesn't track users across the web. We don't sell data because we don't collect it.
This isn't a 20-page document about how we monetize your information. It's a manifesto on why we don't collect it in the first place.
Zero-First-Party Cookies
Our static-first Next.js builds don't require cookies to function. We don't track user behavior across sessions. We don't build profiles. We don't share data with third parties.
When you visit our site, your browser receives pre-rendered HTML. No JavaScript trackers. No cookie banners. No consent walls. Just content.
Privacy-Friendly Analytics
We use lightweight, cookieless telemetry to measure site performance. This gives us the data we need (page views, conversion sources) without compromising your privacy.
Our analytics are server-side, aggregated, and anonymous. We can't identify individual users because we don't collect identifiers. This isn't a limitation—it's by design.
Compliance Standards
We adhere to the following regulations:
- GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation): European Union data protection standards.
- CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act): California state privacy requirements.
- EAA (European Accessibility Act): 2026 accessibility compliance standards.
Because we don't collect personal data, compliance isn't a burden—it's a natural outcome of our architecture.
Data Sovereignty
If you contact us through our forms, we store only what's necessary to respond. We don't retain data longer than required. We don't use it for marketing. We don't share it with partners.
You own your data. We're just the infrastructure that delivers it.
